Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
∎ Diploma in Cad

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): CAD, Garments, Lectra, Sample

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of making accurate consumption for the base on a tech pack and providing bulk fabric, booking consumption.
∎ Have to operate Pattern-making and Marker Making in CAD (By Lectra software) & other software.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Support and advice within the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Responsible for verifying & checking Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ To find out and solve the fitting issues during the initial pattern after getting requirements from the merchandising dept.
∎ Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and guiding subordinates to resolve any technical issue.
∎ Should be capable enough to understand buyer comments, sample preplan, cutting preplan, dummy fitting, sewing instruction and perform any other task &when assigned by top management
