Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve overall budget of spare parts, accessories, helmets, and lube.
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable operations of spare parts and accessories.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and spare parts team to implement the marketing plan.
∎ Develop marketing strategies for secondary network enhancement.
∎ Expand secondary network for accessories and helmets, organize promotional events.
∎ Prepare import forecast, coordinate product sourcing, and local purchases.
∎ Monitor and efficiently manage customer issues, respond to relevant queries and sales calls.
∎ Make regular field visits, ensure training & guide field forces, and maintain rapport with the secondary network.
∎ Analyze market data, prepare relevant reports and presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Strong theoretical knowledge of Marketing
∎ High communication and social skills.
∎ Tech savvy and basic expertise in MS Office.
∎ Passion towards motorcycles.
∎ Flexibility to travel all over the country for official tours.
