Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinating Stakeholder Interactions: Act as a liaison between the Orgatex team, Fabric Processing Unit, ERP IT team, and top management to ensure clear communication and collaboration during software implementation.
∎ Integration Management: Oversee the integration of various software systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality between Orgatex, Logic, and Eliar for enhanced operational workflows.
∎ Training and Support: Assist in training team members on software functionalities, facilitating workshops and hands-on sessions to improve understanding and usage.
∎ Data Management: Ensure accurate data transfer and reporting between integrated systems, maintaining data integrity for production planning and resource allocation.
∎ Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the implementation process, working with relevant technical teams for timely resolution.
∎ Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency through effective software utilization.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation related to integration processes, training materials, and system configurations, providing updates to management as needed.
∎ This position combines technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and an understanding of Fabric production processes to drive successful software integration and operational excellence.
