Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in CSE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Various Microsoft .Net-based applications like writing well designed, testable, and efficient code using Microsoft .Net Technology.
∎ Maintain in-house software and provide daily technical support.
∎ Ensure quality of software by writing clean code adhering to best practices.
∎ Software requirement analysis, conduct UAT and testing.
∎ Analyze software bugs and innovate solutions on a regular basis Conduct the training activities and provide support to software users throughout the office and troubleshoot the problems (if any) in the process.
∎ Work closely with the software development / implementation company and complete the installation in respective team as advised by supervisor of the company.
∎ Identify gaps and improvement opportunities to increase the optimum performance of the target operating model and finish the project with a specific deadline.
∎ Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the company.
∎ Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future software requirements to meet organizational needs.
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems & diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Understanding LAN / WAN equipment's like Router, Switch and Server for proper Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
∎ Able to communicate with each user in a professional manner.
∎ Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, Access Control Devices etc.
∎ Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve problems for Desktop, Laptop and notebooks.
∎ Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, UPS/IPS, etc).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Should have good idea on Programming Language & it's working process.
∎ Passion for system implementation and user-end support.
