∎ Minimum BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess current & future training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals by consulting with the line manager.
∎ Plan for an overall training & development that addresses the need and expectations of both employees & employers.
∎ Deploy a wide variety of training methods & technology.
∎ Conduct effective training, induction & orientation sessions.
∎ Ensuring logistics support to arrange training programs & effectiveness
∎ Maintain a keen understanding of sales training needs, developments and best Practices.
∎ Any other duties as & when required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
