∎ Skills Required: analytical and decision making ability, Attention to detail, Flexibility and Adaptability, Negotiation Skills, Strong communication and presentation skills, Time Management skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication, Employee Onboarding, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs
∎ Take necessary approval on manpower Hiring and understanding the need
∎ Initiating recruitment process after taking approval on manpower hiring requisition
∎ Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements in the most appropriate and cost-effective media both internal & external environment
∎ Accumulate and share suitable profiles to concern hiring manager for final shortlisting
∎ Organize recruitment tests and arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules with the Managers and the applicants
∎ Prepare and taking approval in the recruitment proposal before providing offer to the finalized candidate
∎ Coordinate with concerned hiring manager and facilities colleague and ensure availability of work station for the new colleague
∎ Prepare appointment letter and inform related stakeholders for onboarding documents and items
∎ Maintain recruitment records and prepare weekly recruitment status report for Senior Management
∎ Provide new joining employee salary information to related finance representative
∎ Maintain a database of all CVs referred by Senior Management and other Employees
∎ Maintain close liaison with top Universities / Job portals and participate in job fair and arrange seminars and career boot camp
∎ Maintain close liaison with top Universities for communicating fresh candidate vacancies as business requirement
∎ Initiate and execute talent acquisition projects like MG program, MTE program and workshops, seminar
∎ Maintain strong liaisons with other colleagues / employees for providing HR support
∎ Initiate and execute expo sports club activities
∎ Support Talent Acquisition Lead to executive management approved Talent Acquisition Project
∎ Coordination with all the stakeholders to make the project successful

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
