∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QUALITY ASSURANCE, Sewing quality, size set
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to follow-up first output against the sample with maintaining garment measurement;
∎ Assist to find and finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to team members and team leaders;
∎ Follow-up & approve duplicate trim card for each line if any style runs in more than one line;
∎ Assist to find findings of buying office inline inspection and discuss with respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions;
∎ Maintain and participate QCO meeting, PP meeting & follow-up the line feeding checklist;
∎ Assist to follow up pre-production activities-from the size set stage (TOP, Shipping, rack, testing etc.) samples;
∎ Should ensure organized workstation in the floor and maintain iron standard price ticket checking;
∎ Monitor the DHU report to identify the continuous defects and work with respective Production team to get the output correctly;
∎ Assist to check the process monitoring check list, implementation of KAIZEN culture & QMS audit & Customer process audit;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both male and female are allowed to apply.
∎ ISO 9001:2018 Certified.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork;
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
