Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance of all Physical, Analytical and Microbiological Tests of RM, PM & FG.
∎ Develop, implement & coordinate ISO 22000: 2018 requirements throughout the process.
∎ Ensure effective implementation of internal audit, self-inspection ,change control, Deviations, OOS, CAPA, Complaints Management etc
∎ Monitoring CAPA sustenance of internal audit, self-inspection, Change control, OOS, Deviation, complaints, Deviations etc. Conducting AAR, reviewing data, assessing problems and monitoring effectiveness.
∎ Participating in gap analysis, risk assessment & management and document upgrading activities.
∎ Checking BMR, calculating & Deviations, checking artwork
∎ Participate in team to conduct hygiene, 5S and safety audit in plant and premises;
∎ Participate & conduct validation activities of process, packing and systems and completeness of protocol and final report.
∎ Ensure calibration of all equipment listed in the calibration master list .
∎ Ensure effective monitoring In Process checks in Process and Packing activities, plant & personal hygiene monitoring, environmental monitoring and pest control.
∎ Raise protocol for trial, validations & implement the trial & validation protocol
∎ Ensure GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, pest control, environmental monitoring, critical hygiene procedure, staff health, water quality and ensuring its effectiveness.
∎ Support to arrange relevant training program for staff and workforce to ensure quality work environment in the organization as per QMS requirement.
∎ Effective co-operation with production, engineering, warehouse and HRD to solve quality issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Lead Auditor/ Internal Auditor Course in FSSC/ ISO 22000
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good Communication & strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Good analytical ability.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on computer (MS Office, E-Mail Etc.)
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
