∎ Cultivate and manage relationships with influential figures in the field.
∎ (KOL Management) Organize training and development initiatives for team members to enhance their capabilities.
∎ Ensure the precise execution of scientific activities related to Oral Hygiene products.
∎ Spearhead initiatives to foster relationships with each account.
∎ Accomplish, assess, and evaluate the success of relationship-building endeavors.
∎ Oversee and enhance performance in designated areas.
∎ Facilitate effective communication among relevant stakeholders.
∎ Guarantee the successful implementation of EM-Chemist business strategies.
