Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordination and management of the entire factory payroll, compensation & benefits function.
∎ Maintain and update personal data of all the employees of the Company through HRIS.
∎ Provide detailed information payroll related to finance for accounting, auditing & taxation purpose; provision etc.
∎ Carry out filing, record keeping, documentation, and office management of HR department.
∎ To prepare and update yearly increment sheet & adjust individual salary.
∎ To prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
∎ Any other related job(s) as the management assigns time to time.
