Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge to operate Kormee payroll software.
∎ Updating and maintaining payroll database.
∎ Maintain close communication with staff and section head for payroll related queries.
∎ Sound knowledge on labor law & compliance issues, which is relevant to compensation & benefit.
∎ Maintains and ensures systematic Time Keeping.
∎ Overall competent knowledge is required to handle payroll relevant all issues.
∎ The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
∎ Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement.
∎ Responsible for Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
∎ Liaising with staffs and workers on payroll related queries.
∎ To prepare daily attendance report.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the management.
