Commercial Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers of Three-wheeler auto parts in China.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, contracts, and MOQ with suppliers.
• Maintain commercial relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure reliability and competitiveness.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demand.
• Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals for clients.

Supply Chain & Logistics Responsibilities:

• Manage import operations including shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of bearings, gears, clutches, and other 3-wheeler spare parts.
• Oversee inventory levels, warehousing, and distribution to meet customer demand.
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and lead times.
• Optimize supply chain processes for cost efficiency and reliability.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate with finance for budgeting, cost control, and payment management.
• Work with sales and operations teams to align supply with market demand.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
