Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary:
We are looking for some enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher to join our Commercial team. The selected candidate will assist in managing export/import documentation, liaising with buyers, suppliers, and freight forwarders, and ensuring smooth commercial operations within the RMG business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and maintaining all export/import documents (LC, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.).
Communicate with banks, freight forwarders, C&F agents, and other stakeholders regarding shipment and payment updates.
Support the team in LC opening, amendment, and realization processes.
Maintain shipment tracking and follow up on on-time delivery schedules.
Assist in preparing commercial reports, costing summaries, and maintaining documentation files.
Coordinate with the merchandising, accounts, and production teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant export/import regulations.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
