• Good knowledge of store-wise distribution planning, product dispatch, and last-mile delivery for retail outlets.

• Ability to plan delivery routes, schedule drop-offs, and ensure on-time replenishment of high-demand SKUs.

• Proficiency in preparing delivery notes, stock transfer documents, and maintaining dispatch accuracy.

• Skills in coordinating with transport partners and store teams to prevent stock-outs during peak hours.

• Strong Excel and ERP skills for monitoring delivery status, stock movement, and daily dispatch logs.

• Ability to handle operational challenges such as limited unloading access at metro stations.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination abilities.

Job Context:

Fresh SuperMart, a retail chain under Meghna Group of Industries, is set to operate outlets at metro rail stations. The Executive/ Senior Executive – Outbound Supply Chain ensures store-wise dispatch planning, on-time delivery, stock transfers, and coordination with transport partners to support efficient last-mile supply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan daily outbound schedules to ensure timely store replenishment by analyzing FreshMart requirements and aligning with delivery capacity.

• Prepare dispatch documentation to maintain stock accuracy by generating delivery notes, transfer orders, and shipment records.

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and store staff to ensure smooth dispatch operations by maintaining clear communication channels.

• Track outbound deliveries to ensure on-time arrival by monitoring vehicle movement and resolving route-related issues.

• Verify loading accuracy to prevent stock discrepancies by cross-checking SKU quantities and packaging requirements before dispatch.

• Resolve delivery challenges quickly to avoid store stock-outs by coordinating with logistics partners and escalating issues when needed.

• Maintain records of outbound activities to ensure audit compliance by updating ERP systems and dispatch logs.

• Support last-mile distribution efficiency to handle metro station restrictions by optimizing delivery routes and timing.
