∎ B.Sc in CSE/ EEE/ ETE/ICT from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to manage and administrate all workstation
∎ Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN and WAN problems
∎ Install and Update OS (Windows 7, Windows 10, MAC), MS Office Applications, Antivirus & mail client configuration
∎ PC/Printer/Network Device troubleshooting
∎ Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks
∎ Work on Access Control Devices, IP Camera, Surveillance system, PABX etc
∎ Train users about potential uses of existing technology
∎ Prepare and maintain IT inventory and relevant documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Knowledge on configuring Windows Server and Active Directory is an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge on SDLC will add extra value
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Excellent command of English
∎ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Good reporting and communication capability
