Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing recruitment processes, including resume sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
∎ Ensuring orientation & induction a long with exit process.
∎ Maintaining employee personal files, attendance-leave records and updating HR databases.
∎ Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
∎ Maintaining payroll related documents.
∎ Managing employee separation processes (Final settlement, Hand over-take over & Clearance).
∎ Ensuring HR process in systems also (HRIS).
∎ Able to maintain and follow compliance strictly.
