∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Advance MS Excel, Business Development, Human Resource Management, leadership and negotiation, Office Management, Presentation skill
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain employee personnel files on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare employee attendance, leave and performance reports.
∎ Prepare necessary HR documents required by the company.
∎ Prepare drafts of various official letters and emails.
∎ Maintain all the administrative activities of the office.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to ensure their operation is running smoothly.
∎ Prepare recruitment strategies, arrange interviews and on-board new hires.
∎ Update policies as required and ensure legal compliance is followed.
∎ Preparing and checking of necessary bills, requisitions etc.
∎ Ensure office supplies and arrange accommodation, transportation, and other events as required.
∎ Coordinate with different vendors to source materials for projects.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be punctual
∎ Must have proactive attitude
∎ Negotiation & Presentation skills required.
∎ Well conversant in English.
