Experience:
PGDHRM from reputed institution will be preferable.
Any modern HRIS training or certification will be a plus.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, and employee referrals).
Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company culture.
Track recruitment metrics and report on the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory payroll, benefits, and employee compensation requirements.
Address employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and payroll issues.
Maintain accurate compensation data and reports for management decision-making.
Administer the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity.
Maintain and update employee information such as hires, promotions, terminations, and transfers in the system.
Generate HRIS reports to analyse workforce trends, turnover rates, and employee demographics.
Train employees and HR team members on the use of HRIS and self-service portals.
Support organizational development initiatives, including change management, leadership development, and succession planning.
Assist in the design and implementation of training and development programs aimed at improving employee skills and performance.
Conduct employee engagement surveys and assist with action planning based on results.
Promote a positive work environment through initiatives that support a strong company culture and employee well-being.
