Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking candidates who have experience in HR, Administration, Compliance & Bangladesh Labour Law with reputed RMG/Textile/Feed Mills/FMCG

Responsibility:

  • Perform manpower planning and talent acquisition.

  • Handle HR & Administration operations daily at the Factory.

  • Keep update regulatory documents.

  • Supervise attendance, leave-management, salary administration along with other compensation benefits related matters.

  • Perform payroll-related work using payroll software (ERP).

  • Maintain staff`s personal file.

  • Prepare office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR, Admin & Compliance issues.

  • Handle disciplinary issues such as show cause, counseling/warning, investigation/inquiry, etc.

  • Ensure compliance with labor law.

  • Maintain and update ERP software as a key HRIS software.

  • Deal with separation and final settlement.

  • Prepare various reports.

  • Any other assignment given by the superior / management.
