Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is one of the largest and leading Agro-Industrial business conglomerate. We are seeking energetic, self-driven and experienced TSM/ ASM (All Feeds):
Job Responsibility:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for feed products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback.
Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing feeds selling.
Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.
Lead, mentor and motivate field force to achieve organizational objectives.
Any other relevant assignment given by the management/superior.
