Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals to join our Tea Sales Team as TSM/ASM.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets in the assigned area.
Expand market coverage and appoint new distributors.
Supervise and monitor SR/TSO/TSM.
Ensure timely lifting of products by distributors.
Plan and allocate sales targets for each SR/TSO/TSM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback.
Maintain proper visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution in retail outlets.
Prepare and submit area-wise sales reports.
