We are seeking energetic, self-driven and experienced professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Sales – Egg, DOC & Pullet). The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities nationwide, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s continued success.

Job Responsibility:

• Collaborate effectively with customers, dealers and sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in both volume and revenue.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback.

• Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.

• Ensure customer orders for Commercial Eggs, DOCs and Pullets as well as pricing, delivery, payment confirmation, etc.

• Innovating new dealers/farmers & developing relations with new and existing customers.

• Work closely with the Technical Service Team to ensure quality pre- and post-sales support

• Any other relevant assignment given by the management/superior.
