We are seeking energetic, self-driven and experienced professionals for the role of Assistant Manager / Senior Officer (Sales – Egg, DOC & Pullet). The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities nationwide, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s continued success.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate effectively with customers, dealers, and sales colleagues to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in both volume and revenue
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide feedback.
Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
Ensure customer orders for Commercial Eggs, DOCs, and Pullets as well as pricing, delivery, payment confirmation, etc.
Innovating new dealers/farmers & developing relations with new and existing customers.
Work closely with the Technical Service Team to ensure quality pre- and post-sales support
Any other relevant assignment given by the management/superior.
