Social Compliance Audit
Responsible for managing and executing the payroll operations at our company. This includes ensuring accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements. In addition, the role requires managing employee final settlements, long-term/short-term benefits (Festival Bonus, Final settlement, Provident Fund, Service compensation etc.), Daily HR & Compliance activities and Computer hardware and networking activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees, including administrative, and support staff.
• Calculate salary, overtime, duty allowance, night allowance, bonuses, arrears, and deductions accurately.
• Ensure payroll adjustments related to leave, attendance, late marks, absence, and shift duties.
• Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for salary disbursement through bank transfer.
• Collect, verify, and update attendance, leave, roster, and duty information from concerned departments.
• Maintain and update employee payroll data related to joining, confirmation, increment, promotion, transfer, resignation, and termination.
• Ensure payroll compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act and HR policies.
• Manage statutory deductions such as Provident Fund, Income Tax, loans, and advances.
• Handle employee final settlements, including full and final payment, tax, and benefits calculation for resignations, retirements, and terminations.
• Manage long-term employee benefits such as Provident Fund, Service compensation ensuring accurate calculation and timely disbursement.
• Prepare monthly payroll sheets, salary registers, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Maintain proper payroll records, employee files, and documentation for audit and inspection purposes.
• Assist during internal and external audits related to payroll and HR compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee salary and personal information at all times.
• Follow up daily Compliance related activities as organization demand and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs and policies for Social Compliance Audit.
• Capable to conduct internal audit on HRP/ Compliance.

• Computer Hardware/Network Companies
• Networking Wi-Fi Router Configuration and maintenance
• Configure & install windows & various networking devices (LAN, Routers, Switch, Internet etc.)
