• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Tannery/Footwear

• Age 35 to 40 years

• Minimum 10 years practical experience in any reputed real estate & construction project / Organization

• Skills Required: Auto CAD or similar structural design software.

• Strong Knowledge about BNBC, RSC & Nirapon Standard.

• Knowledge using construction equipment and safety rules.

• Strong drawing understanding skills.

• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control etc.

• Supervise and monitor regular activities of construction site, estimation of budget, prepare and verify bill, report regular progress of work to superior.

• Estimate materials as per requirement. Archiving and maintaining site documents.

• Checking of work volume and bills submitted by different contractors.

• Project construction schedule, BOM preparation, budget Management, supervision and activity management.

• Bill checking as per completed work ad per given design & quality.

• Ensure factory infrastructure complies with safety, fire, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct structural inspections and recommend necessary repairs or modifications.

• Plan and supervise the installation of utilities, including water supply, drainage, HVAC, and electrical systems.
