Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Team Leader and the team members in the procurement of direct materials like fabrics, trims & accessories
∎ Check whether all required information are updated in ERP for a new job/ PO like order creation & pre-costing.
∎ Cross check consumption with CAD & IE team and share the revised consumption (if any) with the development team.
∎ Ensure on time booking of all required materials (like Fabric, Trims & Accessories) based on the final consumption.
∎ Before collecting PI’s obtain approval from ED in case if any price exceeds the pre-costing price.
∎ Maintain continuous follow up with commercial team for on-time material in-housing.
∎ Chase commercial team for on time BTB LC/ TT immediately after uploading PI in ERP.
∎ Provide input to Team Leader for current stock, slow moving and fast moving items.
∎ Assist in continuously evaluating performance of suppliers and maintaining eligible list of reputed and capable suppliers who do ethical business.
∎ Produce periodic reports showing the status of procurement against reorder/requisitions.
∎ Ensure pre and post evaluation of suppliers to have the most competent vendors in the list.
∎ Monitor and review available stocks/ inventory (left over, unused, obsolete, redundant, excess, aged etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Good negotiation skill
∎ Good command on MS Office
∎ Experience using ERP and Inventory Software
∎ Strong organizational skills
