Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain computer systems and make sure that all departments IT related devices are functioning properly.
∎ Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software problems (pc, laptop, printer, barcode scanner, Inventory software, UPS/IPS, etc.)
∎ Maintain and configure various Wi-Fi routers, servers, and attendance devices.
∎ Check all LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi systems, CCTV surveillance, PABX, IP Telephony, Video conferencing systems.
∎ Laptop/Desktop joining to central active directory,
∎ Install antivirus and other necessary software on user Desktop/Laptop.
∎ Ensuring user Desktop/Laptop backup by central backup System.
∎ Outlook configuration on user Desktop/Laptop/Mobile, Microsoft TEAMs / One-Drive Support, etc.
∎ Maintain the IT security system/ERP System.
∎ Collect necessary specifications for each department and make sure that their requirements are met.
∎ Provide training to the employees in using computers and help them understand the configuration of the systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficient in working with all types of operating systems such as Android, Microsoft, Linux, DOS, etc.
∎ Knowledge about networking basics, TCP/IP, OSI layer, VLan, IP subnet, VLSM, static routing protocol.
∎ Basic understanding of the specifications of the software to be installed in the computers and make necessary pre-installations
∎ Ability to troubleshoot any kind of systems related problems and maintain the security of the systems.
∎ Capable of working with office applications, ERP software, communications systems, etc.
