Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing daily operation bulletin and line layout.
∎ Preparing Line balancing.
∎ Follows up time- study, capacity study, production study.
∎ Fix & monitor line score sheets by hourly output basis.
∎ Conduct time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Preparing SMV database for all styles & SMV wise layout target.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
∎ Ensuring effective communication with planning department.
∎ Continuously follow up bottlenecks report.
∎ Start new style after learning cap wise production target fix.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in working with Woven Bottom Based Garments.
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Good command in MS Office
∎ Self-motivated, responsible & team player.
∎ Leadership Skill.
