∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting sales goals, developing sales strategies & generate leads.
∎ Contacting potential clients over the phone/by email/in person.
∎ Preparing sales proposals and offering it to the potential clients.
∎ Meeting monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales targets.
∎ Collecting booking money and down payment from the new client.
∎ Handling customer queries and complaints.
∎ Building and Maintaining a CRM database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
∎ MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
∎ Hard Worker
∎ Target Oriented
∎ Self Motivated

Salary: Negotiable
