Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Arts (MA), Master of Commerce (MCom) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales/ Marketing, Technical Sales/ IT Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate and manage efficient and effective sales strategies
∎ Achieve assigned individual targets.
∎ Fulfill Monthly sales target for ERP and other products.
∎ Follow up and visit prospective customers regularly.
∎ Perform all type of sales and marketing related activities.
∎ Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies
∎ Monitor market trends to identify business opportunities
∎ Collect information of potential clients/addressable market for future reference
∎ Able to build long term relationships with key contacts at target customers
∎ Effectively execute and manage on every element of the sales process
∎ Represent the company at trade events
∎ Attend and Solve customer's queries and questions related to company, its products and solutions.
∎ Coordinate with customer service and software support engineers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills required: Google, Microsoft
∎ Sales and Marketing, Executive should have good communications skills, interpersonal skills and can handle stress well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and the ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or solution to the customer's problem. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English and Bangla is also desired.
Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
