∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Food Technology/ Chemistry/ Biochemistry
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to ensure verification of store requisition of Raw material as per batch size/ formulation.
∎ Responsible to ensure the quality and quantity of Raw materials during receiving and prior to batch mixing.
∎ To provide standard mixing product of CSD IPQC unit for maintain the consistent product quality.
∎ To ensure the QC parameter of finished syrup after mixing completion.
∎ Carry out any assignment given by senior management when required.
∎ Identify the root cause for any deviation of product quality.
