• 2 to 5 years

• 2 to 5 years

• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tent / Garments Manufacture Companies.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.

• Sound technical knowledge of quality management systems.

• Conducting quality risk assessments.

• Conducting internal audits (Quality Audit and Technical Audit).

• Certified for Self-Inspection by any buyer (Like, Decathlon)

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset timeframe.

• Capable of measuring & control of quality products as per buyer requirements,

• Responsible for inspecting and testing products at various stages in the production process.

• Ability to analyze and evaluate the quality of products.

• Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Ensure that raw materials, components, and finished products meet quality specifications.

• Perform regular audits of production processes and products.

• Identify and investigate quality issues or defects.

• Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement corrective actions.

• Maintain records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

• Implement improvements based on customer feedback.

• Train production staff on quality standards and practices.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

• Prepare and present quality reports to management.
