∎ At least 6 year(s)

QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality control, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform quality control and inspection activities for PP Meeting ,inline and final production in factory .
∎ Assist factories on how to improve quality and production problems in facilitate on time delivery of goods.
∎ Carry out inline, Pre-final and final inspection according to the company's quality standard and prepare inspection report within the designated time line.
∎ Make sure 100% third party inspection pass rate.
∎ Improve the existing quality systems to meet the quality standards as well as ensure production outputs are in line according to the company's quality targets.
∎ Train and develop the Quality Control (QC) team and take the team on a higher standard level in order to meet the company requirements.
∎ Prepare, set up and implement the TQM (Total Quality Management) system.
∎ Develop systems to manage customer defect/feedback analysis, root cause analysis and take corrective action;
∎ Follow up total process after the factory receiving fabrics, accessories & measurement sheet and check its accuracy.
∎ Ensure proper planning to check goods at the time of stitching to ensure zero defective production.
∎ Assure the quality standards on every customer's all orders
∎ Maintain All records, Statistics & Analysis, and Reports related to Quality Assurance.
∎ Have to reserve good knowledge to analysis on garments and fabric potential issue.
∎ Ensure goods shipped with quality as per customers Quality Standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledgeable in AQL 1.5 system and working with international companies.
∎ Good spoken and written English skills.
∎ Familiar with garment production process and quality control procedures.
∎ An ability to identify the cause and problems on paper pattern, workmanship, finishing/treatment, and to offer appropriate solutions.
∎ Patient, genuine and self-motivation are key requirements to build a rapport with our factories.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft office program (especially Word, Excel and E-mailing).
Salary: Negotiable
