Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring all SOP
∎ Discuss with QA controller and all checkers about the critical style point
∎ Perform inline audit, pre-final inspection, final inspection in finishing department
∎ Explain QA and QC about the process how to check and measure as per customer requirement
∎ Daily rejection report analysis
∎ Regular following up shipment plan and production plan
∎ Top three defect analysis, root cause, correction plan
∎ Follow up day to day QMS and floor administration
∎ Regular monitoring of QA and QC percentage and DHU report
∎ Ensuring all SOP
