∎ Should be good at real time reporting
∎ Should be flexible in performing instant tasks

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect demand sheet and create order wise total purchase requisition
∎ Checking with admin and strore dept. to collect required items/products available stock in hand.
∎ Check and verify the necessary items cost and quality with different suppliers.
∎ Collect quotation from different suppliers.
∎ Prepare suppliers agreement and check with dept. head for its approval process.
∎ Choose effective suppliers based on quality, price and delivery lead time.
∎ Negotiate price with different supplier.
∎ Making comparison statement for getting price approval from the board of directors.
∎ Act for purchasing all the required items within the timeline.
∎ Create PO in ERP sheet and share with supplier.
∎ Need to collect PI from supplier.
∎ Dealing with accounts to release payment of suppliers.
∎ After every 3 months verification of regular items market price.
∎ In every 3/6 months price quotations should be updated with latest price.
∎ Others purchase related activities in completing the SOP of procurement.
