Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Good knowledge of sugar process.
∎ Communicate with PM about generating master production schedules.
∎ Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, field operation monitoring etc.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Should be knowledge on Hygiene, Sanitation, CIP, FIFO, GMP, HACCAP.
∎ Ensure maintain standard material consumption for all production process & reduce wastages.
∎ Good knowledge of sugar process.
∎ Communicate with PM about generating master production schedules.
