Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering

• B.Sc. in Engineering (EEE/ME/IPE/Chemical/Food)

• or B.Sc. in Nutrition & Food Science / Chemistry.

• At least 5 years

• Age at most 35 years (Preferred).

• Experience in a relevant job role in food industry is required; experience in Cookies / Dry Cake & Toast line preferred.

• Candidate with certified training on ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/GLP/BRC/HALAL and other food safety from local/abroad will get preference.

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food regulatory requirements (HACCP, GMP).

• Work closely with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams to support product development, quality improvement, and timely production

• Implement SOPs and drive process improvements to reduce waste and optimize costs.

• Lead, train, and monitor staff to maintain safety and quality standards.

• Maintain production records and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
