or B.Sc. in Nutrition & Food Science / Chemistry.

Age at most 35 years (Preferred).
Experience in a relevant job role in food industry is required; experience in Cookies / Dry Cake & Toast line preferred.
Candidate with certified training on ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/GLP/BRC/HALAL and other food safety from local/abroad will get preference.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food regulatory requirements (HACCP, GMP).
Work closely with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams to support product development, quality improvement, and timely production
Implement SOPs and drive process improvements to reduce waste and optimize costs.
Lead, train, and monitor staff to maintain safety and quality standards.
Maintain production records and resolve operational issues promptly.
Resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
