∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ BSc/ MSc in Food Technology/ Chemistry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor production plan and assure the product quality.
∎ Maintain manpower & materials for proper running of production as per GMP/SOP.
∎ Ensure receiving of the RM & PM from the store for smooth production.
∎ Minimize loss at different stage of production process and ensure higher productivity of the production.
∎ Should have good knowledge about corn chips, potato crackers, chanacur, Fried Peas, Dal Vaja & puffed rice.
∎ Supervise and coordinate activities of production line operation, monitor activities of production operators.
∎ Monitoring of all process to reduce wastage.
∎ Effectively follow up the production plan and manpower utilization.
∎ Prepare shift report and all production related reports.
∎ Implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies, i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, good housekeeping and personal hygiene on production floor.
