Training on CSD syrup preparation & food safety systems preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise operation of sugar dissolvers, syrup preparation tanks, blending systems, and transfer pumps.
Ensure correct recipe, batch size, mixing sequence, and SOP compliance.
Control and verify brix, pH, temperature, and syrup clarity before release.
Ensure timely and uninterrupted syrup supply to mixer/carbonator.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI standards.
Coordinate with QC for in-process sampling and approval of syrup batches.
Monitor and control CCPs related to syrup preparation.
Ensure safe handling of chemicals, hot liquids, and cleaning agents.
Maintain batch manufacturing records, brix logs, CIP records, and material consumption reports.
