∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Dairy technology, Milk Process, Production planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do milk process as per SOP.
∎ Implement of production plan according to SOP.
∎ Manpower setup according to line requirement.
∎ Production line operation monitoring & achieve maximum production target, reduce wastage.
∎ Shift reporting, Shift manpower monitoring, plant operation monitoring etc.
∎ To implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies, i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, personal hygiene & cleanliness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
