Functional Activities:

• Ensure smooth operation of all production areas by monitoring the process involved in production cycle.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and meet targeted outputs.

• Continuously monitor processes, manpower allocation, and machine performance during the shift.

• Ensure optimum use of raw materials, manpower, equipment, steam, compressed air, and power.

• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping, and discipline across the production floor.

• Ensure strict adherence to food-safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Take immediate corrective action when process deviations or quality issues are identified.

• Arrange weekly/monthly production meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.

• Verify production records, shift reports, logs, and ensure accurate posting of data into the ERP system.

• Review daily maintenance checklists and job cards; ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

• Identify bottlenecks or technical issues and take timely corrective measures to avoid production stoppages.

• Supervise and guide operators and workers to improve skills, productivity, and adherence to SOPs.

• Submit shift-wise production reports and improvement recommendations to the Area: Plant Operation.

• Compliance to ISO, OHSMS, HACCP requirement and other compliance as per standard.

• Monitor and ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at workplace.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with RCN sourcing team to ensure availability of requirement

• Coordinate with nut sale lead to meet the production target as per market demand.
