2–5 years of experience in CSD / beverage / FMCG production
Experience in high-speed bottling or canning line preferred
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day operation of CSD production and packaging line including syrup room, mixer, carbonator, rinser–filler–capper (RFC), conveyors, labeling, and packing machines.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per approved production plan.
Monitor line efficiency, downtime, and wastage; take corrective actions.
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and BSTI requirements.
Coordinate with QC/QA for in-process quality control and release of products.
Ensure adherence to CCPs (e.g., water quality, syrup parameters, carbonation).
Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, and utility teams for breakdown, preventive maintenance, and improvements.
Ensure safe operation of machines and utilities (CO₂ system, compressors, chillers).
Allocate manpower according to shift and line requirement.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of operators and helpers.
Train operators on SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Store, and Warehouse for raw and packaging material availability.
Control material wastage, breakage, and rework.
Ensure compliance with factory safety, fire safety, and CO₂ handling procedures.
Maintain housekeeping and 5S in production areas.
Prepare and submit daily production, downtime, wastage, and efficiency reports.
Maintain production records, logs, and checklists for audit purposes.
