Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or Diploma in Food Technology/ Science/ Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly production plan considering requirement, production capacity, and raw material availability with a view to meeting sales forecast.
∎ Ensure product quality as per product specification.
∎ Investigating and setting standards for quality/health/hygiene and safety.
∎ Execute the production plan in an optimized manner by monitoring daily production process.
∎ Maintain work efficiency parameters such as Productivity, Processing Cost, Yield Variance, Batch variance etc. as per target, set by the Management.
∎ Prepare/propose new product development concept.
∎ Prepare new product as per Management requirement/specification.
∎ Coordinate with Maintenance Department with a view to minimizing maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
∎ Ensure all raw material & packing material as per specification before using in production.
∎ Ensure proper cleanliness & Maintenance of the machine & production floor.
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
∎ Manage, Lead, motivate and monitor production team workers, leaders and supervisor
∎ Ensure that the latest revision is being used at all times
∎ Ensure all the required tests to ensure identity, purity, potency and composition, and to ensure that products are not contaminated or adulterated
∎ Responsible for monitoring, and programing critical control points (CCP).
∎ Responsible for ensuring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
∎ Responsible for performing sanitation verification
∎ Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.
∎ Ensures and educates employees on food safety and SQF standards.
∎ Responsible to issue disciplinary action when directed.
∎ Internal audits to verify compliance to regulations
∎ Working with the QC department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Overall Supervision Production Department.
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Documentation work (GFSI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, BSTI)
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Biscuit Manufacturing Company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/ Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Experience in School Feeding Project Related Food Industry will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on GFSI, ISO, HACCP and GMP
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc).
