Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc or M.Sc in Food Technology/ Science/ Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Approve or reject all procedures, specifications, methods, and results
∎ Approve or reject all raw materials, packaging materials, labeling and finished products
∎ Review all production records for accuracy and completeness before approving for distribution
∎ Establish procedures for revising procedures, formulas, and more
∎ Approve changes to procedures, formulas, and more
∎ Ensure that the latest revision is being used at all times
∎ Ensure all the required tests to ensure identity, purity, potency and composition, and to ensure that products are not contaminated or adulterated
∎ Responsible for monitoring, and programing critical control points (CCP).
∎ Responsible for ensuring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
∎ Responsible for performing sanitation verification
∎ Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation.
∎ Ensure supplier approval and evaluation
∎ Ensures the correct recipe guidelines for products are met during processing.
∎ Ensures employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
∎ Ensures and educates employees on food safety and SQF standards.
∎ Responsible to issue disciplinary action when directed.
∎ Investigation of consumer complaints
∎ Evaluation of new vendors/materials
∎ Internal audits to verify compliance to regulations
∎ Maintaining relationships with vendors and regulatory agencies
∎ Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
∎ Manage occupational safety, health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual
∎ Overall Supervision of QC and Production Department.
∎ Strictly adhere to occupational safety system.
∎ Ensure proper documentation.
∎ Documentation work (GFSI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, BSTI)
∎ To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Biscuit Manufacturing Company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/ Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Experience in School Feeding Project Related Food Industry will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge on GFSI, ISO, HACCP and GMP
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc).
