Strong knowledge in the development of snack items, especially extruded-based and vacuum-fried chips.
In-depth understanding of processing cereals and grain products.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Development of new products and continuous improvement of existing products to meet market demands.
- Evaluate and select raw materials and packaging materials to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the post-commercialization monitoring of new products, ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.
- Conduct competitor product analysis to assess their performance, quality, and market positioning.
- Monitor product samples, ensuring their performance aligns with company standards and objectives.
