Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Master of Science (MSc) in CSE.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle payroll software (ERP) independently.
∎ Maintaining payroll operations by following BLL, Buyer standard and as per company policies &procedures.
∎ Updating employee basic personal information into payroll software and upgrade time to time (including Promotion, Increment, Transfer, Termination, Dismissal, Retirement, Removal, Discharge etc.).
∎ Prepare various types of payment sheets (monthly salary sheet including OT & Bank disbursement sheet, final settlement, maternity benefit, earn leave encashment bill, festival bonus bill etc.)
∎ To enrich the company IT department stronger according to present world with leadership capability.
∎ Should have basic programing knowledge.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to PC, workstation, Laptop, UPS, Printer, multi-functional printer, related Hardware and software issues instantly and as well as any types of IT assets as per company IT requirements.
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/ software, and networking.
∎ Monitoring, maintain, prepare user guide and time to time update in-house existing ERP software focusing on business requirements and technical specification liaison with ERP software provider.
∎ Understand the business processes on knit composite, ERP security protocols and help identify ways to streamline workflow and integrate into the system
∎ Should be capable to troubleshoot computer errors, operating systems errors, database, software applications, CCTV, Access Control and Networking peripherals.
∎ Oversees troubleshooting, software and network operating system, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
∎ Provide orientation to new users of existing ERP software, train staff about potential uses of existing technology, train staff about new and potential use.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have strong operating ability on Payroll software (ERP), IT system and EPR system.
∎ Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work effectively in a team.
∎ Must have flexible mindset & able to mingle with workers by Excellent communication
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self - driven& have good personality.
∎ Have to be punctual, proactive person & also capable to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
