Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation in any Discipline/ Business Graduate (major in HRM) is preferable.
∎ PGDHRM or MBA (major in HRM) will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Any additional Professional Qualification/Certification/Certified Training Course in a related discipline will be considered as an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare salary sheet, overtime sheet, bonus sheet, employees' monthly bill sheet.
∎ Assist to all functions associated with the payroll operations.
∎ Responsible for all scheduled & unscheduled payroll actions and for compile, compute & prepare other payroll related reports.
∎ Update & maintain PF data, prepare Employee Clearance File for final settlement.
∎ Liaising with staff and workers on payroll related queries.
∎ Monitor & update employees' attendance data, absenteeism data, leave data, etc. regularly and prepare the report.
∎ Install attendance machine to showroom, factory & corporate office and solve attendance machine related problems.
∎ Post employees' personal data, other important data, etc into HRIS & update when required.
∎ Operate HRIS & utilize the maximum use of it to serve the purpose of Employee & Management.
∎ Prepare ID cards for employees & handover to the recipients on time.
∎ Maintain a healthy relationship among different departments of the organization.
∎ As a company representative maintain liaison with various vendors.
∎ Assist supervisor in other HR & Admin related activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management to meet the business needs.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Payroll, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
