Responsibilities & Context:
Nadia Furniture Ltd. is looking for a competent and detail-oriented professional for its customer order management (COM) department at the factory in Manikgonj. The role focuses on managing customer orders, coorniating with internal departments managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Receive, process, and monitor customer orders from confirmation to delivery
Coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse and logistics teams
Ensure order accuracy in terms of quantity, specification,and delivery timeline
Communicate order status updates to relevant stakeholders
Handle order-related issues and support timely resolution
Maintain order records, reports, and documentation
Support process improvement in order management activities
