• CNC Design and Programming

• Product Development (Furniture)

• CNC Software ArtCam, Aspire

• Prepare detailed CNC design, drawings, and cutting files based on product design and customer requirements

• Develop shop drawings, technical drawings, and layouts suitable for mass production

• Convert design concepts into CNC-ready files, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Coordinate closely with the Product Development (PD), Production, and Factory teams to ensure proper execution of designs

• Ensure designs are optimized for material usage, production cost, and manufacturing feasibility

• Review and modify existing CNC designs to improve quality, durability, and production efficiency

• Provide technical support to CNC machine operators during production and resolve design-related issues

• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and production guidelines

• Maintain proper documentation of CNC drawings, revisions, and version control

• Participate in product development meetings and provide technical input for new designs

• Identify design problems during production and propose practical solutions

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to design and manufacturing processes

• Support factory team during CNC execution and troubleshooting if needed
