∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Must have 2-3 years practical experience to IT & Admin department.
∎ Familiarity with ERP systems and IT infrastructure management.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
∎ Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and support non-technical staff.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and executing the company’s IT strategy, focusing on the transition to an IT-based system.
∎ Support the IT Manager in monitoring and maintaining the ERP system, ensuring its effective use across all branches.
∎ Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of software and hardware solutions.
∎ Provide technical support to staff, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for hardware or software upgrades.
∎ Assist in enforcing security protocols to protect company data, manage system backups, and ensure data integrity.
∎ Maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity across all branches, and troubleshooting network issues when required.
∎ Maintaining CCTV system, Access control, Laptop, Computer, Printer & PABX system.
∎ Generating reports from ERP and other systems, providing insights to management on key IT operations and system performance.
∎ Ensure IT systems comply with legal requirements and industry standards, and maintain proper documentation for all IT-related processes.
∎ Conduct training sessions for staff on new IT systems and ERP software to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
∎ Assist to monthly salary preparation.
∎ Operate Payroll software.
∎ Recruitment of new Employee and implementation of all institutional notices.
∎ Also conducting all other administrative activities.
